EMOTIVE is an independent, Germany-based software tool supplier and expert in vehicle diagnostics. EMOTIVE sees itself as the market leader in the field of OTX according to ISO 13209 and offers software of the highest quality and application level. The EMOTIVE OTX tool chain is used as a reference implementation by several German vehicle manufacturers. The tool chain essentially consists of the OTX development environment “Open Test Framework (OTF)”, the OTX runtime environment “OTX-Runtime API” for Windows, Linux and embedded systems as well as the rapid execution environment “Open Test Player (OTP)”. The OTX Runtime API is a central component of the diagnostic architecture of leading German vehicle manufacturers and has proven itself in several 100,000 installations in development, production, after-sales and in the vehicle. EMOTIVE is actively engaged in the standardization of OTX within ASAM, ISO and VDA.
